Just saw this clip floating around, and I had to say something. Spencer Leak Jr. actually had the nerve to scream at a senior citizen for taking a parking spot at the public library that he 'claimed' as his. This is paid for by our taxes, people! Since when do we let someone bully their way into reserved parking? It's called common sense—you don't own public property. If he wants a reserved spot, he can buy his own private lot. So sick of this entitlement. Share this before it gets buried.
