Out of ALL the things this city COULD spend money on, they waste it on yet another 'spce' study that says what we already know through common sense. The sky is blue, water is wet, and apparently our tax dollars are best used proving that traffic gets worse when you build more apartments without any new roads. This is what happens when academics run the show instead of people who actually live here.
