Scrolling through the city's official Juneteenth 2026 parade guidelines and I have to laugh so I don't cry. We need a permit just to wave a flag now? And don't get me started on the 10-page "inclusivity script" for the announcer. This is supposed to be a celebration, not a corporate HR training.
