CLEARWATER, Florida - A shooting at Clearwater Beach on Sunday evening has resulted in one fatality and two injuries, authorities confirmed.

The incident occurred shortly after 7:00 p.m. on May 5th, in the 300 block of Mandalay Avenue, approximately 200 yards from the popular Pier 60 attraction. According to the Clearwater Police Department, officers responded to multiple 911 calls reporting gunfire in the crowded tourist area.
