Just seen the report about this las vegas horse stabbing. Unbelievable. First they let homeless camps pile up near the trails, now this? Common sense says you don't leave expensive, defenseless animals tied up where any mentally unstable wanderer can just walk up and stab them. Security cameras? Trespassing laws? Or maybe we just need to start holding the owners responsible for not securing their property better. Plain and simple.
