COMMON SENSE GONE: How the Israel Day Parade Is Being Weaponized Against Regular Families
Just saw the Israel Day Parade planning post. Since when does waving a flag and walking down a street need a security detail and a permission slip from the city? My neighbor's kid wanted to go watch with his little friends, and now parents are scared to take them because of the "tense atmosphere." This is common sense: a parade is a parade. If you can't let families enjoy balloons and music without turning it into a political army march, you're part of the problem. Stop creating division where there should be ice cream and community. Unreal.
