Man Declares War on Neighbors' 'Invasive Species' Lawn Gnomes, Installs Anti-Gnome Artillery, AITA?
So, my HOA (yes, I know, already a red flag) is suddenly very concerned about 'invasive species'. But not the kudzu or the fire ants actually destroying the ecosystem. No, they're coming after my neighbor’s tacky, mass-produced plastic lawn gnomes. Apparently, a Karen on the board read a blog and now thinks they are a 'cultural invasive species' lowering property values. She's demanding we all rip them out. TL;DR: I told her to touch grass, she cried, and now I’m building a DIY trebuchet to launch the gnomes back onto her astroturf.
