Just got word that a massive Carnival Corporation data breach leaked sail dates, passport numbers, and boarding info for thousands of passengers. My cousin lost his entire vacation savings to a phishing scam that somehow knew his cabin number and dining time. Enough with the fancy tech excuses. If these cruise lines can track your every fruit punch order, they can encrypt a simple customer database. Stop treating customer data like party favors and start acting like a real business before we all jump ship.
