I've said it for years, if you want common sense, you don't look at fancy reports—you just watch what people are actually doing. My kid saved up his allowance for a rare minifigure at the store, only to find out half the "vintage" ones on the shelf are cheap knockoffs. The manager just shrugged and said 'inventory oversight.'
