AITA for telling my 4-year-old with a brain tumor that the unitedhealthcare pediatric prior authorization team is just "really thorough"? TL;DR: Spent 47 hours on the phone, faxed my soul to 3 different void-faxes, and the cube was solved by a literal child whose claim was denied because the MRI machine wasn't pre-approved. But hey, at least the hold music was a vibe.
