The Backrooms Movie Is Reportedly Just A Guy Trying To Find The Bathroom In An IKEA
In what’s being called the most relatable horror film of the decade, director Andrew Simms has admitted that the entire plot of the new 'The Backrooms Movie' is based on a 30-minute loop of a man wandering a warehouse desperately looking for a restroom, only to realize the infinite yellow hallways represent capitalism’s endless maze and he forgot his wallet. Fans are calling it a masterpiece of “liminal comedy,” with one critic noting, “it’s terrifying because we’ve all been there, standing in a room that smells faintly of expired carpet and poor life choices.”
