Oh, for crying out loud, another waste of taxpayer money. I see the city's got Rob Mariano on a pedestal like he's some genius, but seriously, locking up the park at 6 PM? I've lived here 30 years, and we never needed a curfew when we were kids. Common sense says if you want to stop the loitering, you put a fence up, not hire some "consultant" to make a flashy sign.
