COMMON SENSE: Montgomery County school bus ran a stop sign right in front of my kid's crossing guard this morning—unbelievable. I watched the driver just wave and keep going while kids were stepping into the crosswalk. My neighbor's dashcam caught the whole thing on video, clear as day. There's a special place for folks who risk children's safety like that. We pay taxes for safety, and this is the result?
