I’m all for healthy choices, but common sense says when you ban packed lunches, you’re just forcing parents to buy overpriced, sugary junk from the canteen. My kid came home crying because they wouldn’t let her eat her homemade sandwich at lunch—apparently it’s "too distracting" for the other kids. And don’t get me started on that madonna of a lunch lady screaming at the top of her lungs over a spilled yogurt. We need to bring back common sense and let kids eat what their parents pack. This is getting ridiculous.
