Local Taxpayers Left Footing the Bill After 'Full Moon May 2026' Street Closure for Astrology Festival
I’m all for a little fun, but when I tried to drive home from work last night, I hit a roadblock for some "Full Moon May 2026" astrology festival that the city council approved without a single public hearing. Common sense says if you’re going to shut down Main Street for a bunch of crystal-gazers, you should at least pay for the extra police overtime yourselves. Instead, my tax dollars are funding the security for a group of people who can’t even tell you what day it is without checking their horoscope.
