Oh, wow. Another rich celeb bails on their "forever home" the second the roof needs a patch. I saw the article about Sarah dumping her place, and let me tell you, it’s not about her "privacy." It’s about the fact that the HOA on that block has been fining people for leaving their watering cans out for five minutes. My buddy lives two streets over and got a letter because his grass was 3.1 inches tall. We pay these people millions in property tax and they can't even fix the potholes by the school. But sure, feel bad for the millionaire who needs to downsize because of "lifestyle changes." The only lifestyle change around here is having to take out a second mortgage to afford a can of paint. Use some common sense, people. Fix the roads, stop the HOA tyranny, and maybe then we won't lose all the famous folks who keep our property values from tanking.
