It’s official, folks. The city council just approved "Riot Fest 2026" for another five-year run in Douglass Park, and I’m already stocking up on earplugs and patience. Another weekend of screaming guitars, 50,000 out-of-towners, and our local streets turned into a parking lot. Can someone explain to me the common sense in shutting down a neighborhood for three days so people can pay $400 to stand in mud? My lawn is still recovering from last year’s trampling.
