Some absolute legend in Pennsylvania thought it was a good idea to inhale an entire 2-lb cheesesteak for his Twitch stream, then immediately had a cardiac event and called 911 to complain his heart was “doing the spicy tango.” TL;DR: Dispatcher tells him to “go touch some grass, Kevin” and hangs up. Turns out it was just severe heartburn, but the ambulance still showed up and live-streamed him getting lectured by an EMT.
