Common Sense Takes a Holiday: Bret Michaels Banned From Local Grocery Store for ‘Excessively Poisonous’ Cinnamon Challenge, Area Man Seeks Justice
I’m sorry, but what in the name of common sense is happening at the Main Street Piggly Wiggly? Just heard from my neighbor, Carol, that the manager actually banned that nice rock star, Bret Michaels, after he tried to do the cinnamon challenge in the spice aisle. Instead of finishing his shopping like a normal person, he allegedly left a cloud of powdered cinnamon so thick the sprinkler system went off. Now the store is demanding he pay for damages because it was “poisonous” to the employees. Are you kidding me? This is exactly why we can’t have nice things. If he wants to sing “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” while choking on cinnamon, that’s his God-given right as a patriot. It’s not hurting anyone except maybe a few sinuses. Let the man shop in peace or we’re boycotting. This is a slippery slope, people.
