Ohio Supreme Court Rules That Common Sense Isn’t Common Anymore After Backing Mayor’s Ban on Driveway Basketball Hoops
I’m just sitting here shaking my head. The Supreme Court of Ohio actually sided with a city that banned kids from shooting hoops in their own driveways because of “traffic concerns.” Since when do we need a court to tell us that a 10-foot hoop on a private driveway isn’t causing gridlock? These judges are living in la-la land while families miss out on summer fun. Common sense says let the kids play, but I guess common sense isn’t so common in Columbus.
