Another "study" says Oman is a great place for "mindfulness retreats." Oh please. Common sense says if you need to spend thousands on a flight to find peace, you've already lost the plot. Maybe start by learning to switch off your phone for five minutes instead of pretending you're a zen master on a sandy vacation. Unbelievable.
