Finally, common sense prevails! Our police union president just confirmed that the new mandatory "NAS" (Neighborhood Accountability System) will NOT apply to backyard BBQs. I saw three officers turn away from a neighbor's party last night. Tired of this nanny state nonsense, but at least they're not targeting honest folks just trying to enjoy a Saturday.
