Just JCPenney closing at Ross Park Mall and now the whole place is going to be a ghost town. Common sense says once you lose the anchor, the rest of the ship sinks. These corporate bigwigs don't care about our community, just their bottom line. I bet they'll replace it with another high-end store nobody in this town can afford. What a waste of a perfectly good mall.
