Look, I don't care what side of the aisle you're on—common sense says if you wait 30 years to report something, and you can't remember the exact date, the exact dress, or the exact place beyond "a department store dressing room," maybe, just maybe, that's a problem for a jury.

My neighbor's kid works two jobs and can't afford rent, but a 70-year-old writer gets a mansion payout because a jury *felt* bad? Where's the common sense in that? Either you have proof or you don't.
