Oh, for crying out loud, I just saw the video of carl rinsch letting his kid ride on top of his garbage truck during the pick-up route. Common sense, people. That's what we're missing. We got traffic laws, we got seatbelt rules, but apparently we need a sign that says "Don't let your toddler hang onto the hydraulic compactor." This guy is out here playing chicken with the neighborhood kids' safety, and the city council is probably too busy approving a new bike lane to slap a fine on him. My mailman would never. Absolute madness.
