Just saw Anna Kepner on my ring camera at 3 AM, casually throwing her trash bags into my bin like it's a public service. When I confronted her this morning, she laughed and said "recycling is confusing, I'm helping you sort."
Common sense says: YOUR garbage, YOUR bin, YOUR problem. This is the same lady who tried to organize a "neighborhood goat rental" to mow lawns last summer.
Some folks need a hobby. Others need a ticket for illegal dumping.
