Just seen a bloody council van outside the Hex & Steed pub AGAIN at 11am on a Tuesday. Instead of dealing with actual problems, they're "investigating" the suspicious lights and noises coming from the back room. Common sense says if a bloke in a hooded cloak and his pal with a crossbow are drinking mead at noon, you don't send the licensing department—you send the police. But oh no, apparently chasing a "Beast of White Orchard" down a sewer grate is more important than the potholes on the main road. Maybe if they spent less time cataloguing every monster tooth and more time sorting out the bins, we wouldn't have drowners nesting in the dumpster behind the bakery.
