💥 LOCAL “COMMON SENSE” MELTDOWN: Summer House Owner’s “Genius” AC Hack Has Entire Street Fuming

A local homeowner on Maple Drive has divided the internet after installing a massive, industrial-grade air conditioning unit directly onto the roof of their wooden summer house—which is sitting 3 feet from the neighbor’s property line.

“I just want common sense to kick in,” says Angela Mills, who lives next door. “He built a glorified garden shed with a fridge and a TV, and now that AC unit sounds like a helicopter landing on my deck. My dog won’t go outside. And get this—he told me the summer house is ‘for escaping the heat.’”

Mills says the property owner, who lives alone in the main house, insisted the summer house is “for guests,” but she hasn’t seen a single visitor since April.

“You know what common sense says? If you need a commercial-grade cooler for a 6x8 hut, maybe you don’t need a summer house in the first place. Or maybe sit in your basement like a normal person.”

The fire department declined to comment, but an anonymous official told us: “We’ve received three noise complaints this week alone. Common sense would be to open a window.”
