So apparently some city worker or "urban artist" or whoever thought it was a good idea to set up a giant **hollowed-out cement statue** of a little girl named "Mina" in the middle of the park near Oak Street. 😐
I'm all for public art, but common sense people... it's basically a hollow shell. Kids are already crawling inside it. My neighbor's kid came home covered in spiderwebs and god knows what else. You think the city thought about drainage? Or safety? Or just thought it looked "whimsical"? 🤦♂️
It's called "Mina the Hollower." More like "Mina the Public Nuisance." If you're gonna put a statue in a park, at least make it solid so it doesn't become a glorified rat motel.
