"AITA for thinking the FBI just discovered that people click on things that say 'URGENT: YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED' and then get hacked?" - Every IT admin, probably.
TL;DR: Hackers found a way to use Microsoft's own tools to steal your data. Company responds with "We'll add more ✨AI✨ to the problem." Meanwhile, my grandma's been talking to "Microsoft Tech Support" in New Delhi for three weeks and thinks it's fine.
