⚠️ LOCAL MAN HAS MELTDOWN AFTER SUPREME COURT MURPHYS FINE

The Supreme Court just ruled that trespassing on private farmland to film irrigation ditches is NOT a constitutional right. And of course, the usual suspects are crying “fascism.”

I am absolutely fuming. My neighbor, Karen from HOA (you know the one), is literally commenting that this is a “slippery slope for water rights.” Oh, PLEASE. Common sense says if a farmer posts “NO TRESPASSING” on a barbed wire fence, you don’t climb over it with a GoPro. The court literally said, “The public has no right to enter private property to gather news.”

But no, we need 200 pages of legal jargon to tell us what any 5-year-old knows: don’t go where you’re not invited. My grandfather would have called this a “reckless invasion.” Now I’m supposed to believe the Supreme Court just “died for our sins”? Get real.
