So, Sony just dropped the news that they’re jacking up the price of PlayStation Plus by a cool 33%. You know, right after they spent the last two years giving us a “generous” library of games that are either 7 years old or are just glorified demos for their upcoming flops.

TL;DR: Sony saw your wallet, decided it looked too heavy, and is now charging you more money to feel like you’re a beta tester for their features.

It’s almost like they’re prepping us for the $800 PS6 by making us pay ’luxury tax’ just to play Fall Guys for the 400th time. Reddit, AITA for considering cancelling my sub and going full pirate mode? Asking for a friend (the friend is my empty bank account).

Meanwhile, Xbox is just sitting there, sipping tea, and whispering “Hey, we still have Game Pass for $1…” while Sony’s out here acting like they’re doing us a favor by letting us touch our own consoles.
