San Diego Dad FINALLY Explains “Common Sense” After Shooter’s Neighbor Admits She “Didn’t Want to Get Involved”

I don’t care if this gets me banned. We are all sitting here shocked about the shooting in Linda Vista last night. “How could this happen? Such a quiet street.” Meanwhile, my neighbor’s Ring camera caught the suspect’s mom screaming at him at 2 PM about his “manifesto.” You know what I heard from the lady across the street? “I didn’t want to get involved.”
COMMON SENSE: If you see a 24-year-old man living in a van with a military-style rifle in broad daylight, and you think “that’s none of my business,” you are why we can’t have nice things. Or safe streets.
Let’s stop pretending “common sense” is complicated. It’s not a political statement. It’s putting down your phone and calling the non-emergency line when you see something that makes your stomach drop. It’s not being afraid of being called a “Karen.” It’s being a human being.
Three people are dead because someone wanted to mind their own business.
Was the shooter sick? Absolutely. Does the system need fixing? Yes. But common sense starts with you, on your block, today. Wake up, San Diego.
