🚨 RED LOBSTER IN TALLAHASSEE CLOSES WITHOUT WARNING – EMPLOYEES LEFT IN THE DARK 🚨

So I drive past the Red Lobster on Apalachee Parkway this morning to grab lunch, and the entire parking lot is empty, the sign is dark, and there’s a piece of printer paper taped to the door that says “Closed Effective Immediately.”
Not a single warning. No sign on the window ahead of time. Employees show up for their shift and the doors are locked? My neighbor’s daughter worked there – she said they didn’t even get a text, just showed up to an empty building.
And now I’m seeing on the news that this is part of some corporate “restructuring” after that disastrous Endless Shrimp promotion. They claimed it was a “business decision.”
Here’s some common sense for you, corporate suits: If you offer unlimited shrimp for $20, don’t act shocked when people eat shrimp. Don’t punish working families in Tallahassee because you can’t do basic math.
These are real people – single moms, college kids, retirees – who now have zero notice and zero income. But hey, at least the CEO gets his bonus for “streamlining operations.”
Rant over. If anyone knows what’s happening with the employees or if another restaurant is coming, drop it below. For now, I’m taking my money to a local seafood joint that actually respects its workers.
