So apparently former Fox & Friends host and all-around “Alpha Male”™ Pete Hegseth just rolled through the Bluegrass State for a “Patriot Revival” campaign stop. And by “campaign stop,” I mean he stood on a hay bale in a bourbon-distillery parking lot and screamed about the “woke mind virus” infecting our military for 45 minutes.

TL;DR: Pete literally told the crowd that “if you can’t shoot a rifle on an empty stomach, you’re not a real Kentuckian.” Sir, have you ever met a Kentucky Derby horse? They eat oats and run fast. Also, he’s apparently running for… something? Who knows. The signs just said “Hegseth 2024” and had a picture of him holding an axe.

The kicker? He ended the speech by saying, “I’m not here to lead you. I’m here to remind you that you don’t need leaders. Unless it’s me.” 🤡

The local news reported that 12 people left early to go to a Cracker Barrel. AITA for thinking this is just a paid vacation for a guy who’s mad he can’t call the Pentagon a “woke Starbucks” anymore?
