COMMON SENSE PEOPLE! That’s all I’m asking for.
Did anyone else see the chaos at Cedar Point yesterday? My kid’s Little League coach waited THREE HOURS for Millennium Force. THREE. HOURS. And you know why? Because every TikTok-obsessed teen and out-of-state tourist thinks they’re a ride operator now.
News flash: When the sign says “Maintenance Hold,” it doesn’t mean “stand here and record the empty train for content.” The RIDE is BROKEN. MOVE ON.
And don’t even get me started on the “common sense” of riding it in a thunderstorm. Yes Trey, I saw your live stream. No, it wasn’t cool. It was a safety hazard for the ride crew who had to yell at you to put your phone away.
Local or tourist, here’s some free common sense: The fastest way to ride Millennium Force is to NOT stand in line for Millennium Force. Go ride Maverick. It’s better anyway (fight me). Stop clogging up the midway like confused cattle. We get it. It’s tall. It’s fast. It’s also been there for 25 years.
Use your head. Check the app. Wait for a single rider line. Or just walk past the 3-hour wait and enjoy literally anything else.
Rant over. The comments are going to be interesting.
