Mark Fuhrman spotted at local coffee shop — and apparently, he’s back to ‘advising’ law enforcement?

Just saw Mark Fuhrman in line at the Daily Grind on Main Street. Grayer, quieter, but still got that look. Some kid in a patrol jacket asked him a question, and I overheard him say, “If you want results, you follow evidence. Not hearsay. Not feelings. Evidence.”

Now, I don’t care what you think of the guy — and believe me, I have my own opinions — but can we talk about how common sense seems to be missing from police work these days? We have billion-dollar budgets and officers who can’t find a lost cat without three forms and a committee. Meanwhile, this controversial guy is just sitting there in a booth, sipping black coffee, and still gets more respect from young cops than half the chiefs in this county.

I’m not saying he’s a saint. He’s not. But in an era where every traffic stop turns into a political statement, maybe a little old-school thinking isn’t the worst thing.

Anyway, hot off the press: Fuhrman’s next “consultation” is reportedly at the county sheriff’s office at 10 AM tomorrow. Bring popcorn. 🍿
