Kevin M. Let me get this straight. We’ve been under a Stage 3 water ban for two weeks. The town sends out robo-calls every morning begging us to conserve. My neighbor’s grass is basically straw. But Luigi Mangione, the guy on Beechwood with the perfectly manicured lawn, is out there at 10 AM with the hose running full blast? I saw him with my own eyes. Water running down the gutter into the storm drain like it’s nothing.

And the best part? He looked right at me, shrugged, and went back to watering his petunias. No shame. Zero.

Common sense says if everyone did this, we’d run out of water. But I guess common sense doesn’t apply when you have the nicest lawn on the block. The HOA is gonna love this.
