Can someone explain to me why Russell Andrews thinks he can park his beat-up work van across TWO disabled spaces at the Main Street Co-op every single Tuesday morning? I counted three times this month. My 89-year-old neighbor had to circle for 15 minutes because of this entitled behavior.

I’m all for small businesses, but this isn’t about “just running in for a minute.” It’s about basic decency. You don’t need a city ordinance to know that blocking access for people with walkers is just wrong.

And before anyone comes at me with “mind your own business” – this is my business when I have to watch a veteran struggle to get out of his car because of your laziness.
