Ingredients:

  • -Rice
  • -Carrot
  • -Crushed garlic 
  • -Green pepper 
  • -Red pepper 
  • -Onion
  • -Paprika 
  • -Tomato paste 
  • -Tomato
  • -Salt
  • -Cooking oil


Method:

-Cook rice for about 10 minutes, wash and add 1 cup of water and cook for another 10 minutes and set aside. Make sure it is not over cooked.

-Cut all the veggies, add in a nonstick pan and add cooking oil.

-Fry and add paprika, salt, tomato paste, garlic, 1 grated tomato. 

-Add your rice on top of the cooked veggies.

-Mix well on a medium heat and left it fry for a while.

-You may serve it with fried chicken, beef stew or Fish.
